Where is Tessera based?
Tessera is a US consulting firm headquartered in Massachusetts, with senior consultants across the country. We work onsite when it helps and remotely the rest of the time — every engagement has a Massachusetts-based lead.
Do you only work on Business Central?
Business Central is our core practice, but we also support Dynamics 365 Sales, the Power Platform, Dataverse, and legacy Microsoft ERP environments (NAV, GP, SL). Finance services and strategic advisory engagements are available standalone or alongside any of the above.
Can you take over from our existing Microsoft partner?
Yes — partner replacement is one of the most common ways clients start with us. We begin with a posture review of the current environment, document open issues, and produce a handover plan before any production access changes hands.
What if our project has stalled or gone off the rails?
We do recovery work regularly. We start by understanding what was promised, what was built, and what the business actually needs — then propose the shortest credible path to a working system. Sometimes that's finishing what's there. Sometimes it's a clean restart.
